Admissions Policy
CAIS has three main sections:
PYP (2-12 years old students)
MYP (11-16 years old students)
DP (16-19 years old students)
Students in all three sections learn through one of the IBO programmes, the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).
A holistic education
At CAIS we educate students to be internationally minded, responsible citizens with a respect for nature and the environment.
We practice a holistic educational philosophy and admit students with a wide range of skills, capabilities and interests, including those who can demonstrate academic ability, an enthusiasm for the arts, music, sports and service. We accept students of all countries and regions who apply to enter CAIS and pass the entrance interview and examinations.
Parents
The CAIS Admissions team, parents, teachers and students work together to maintain an environment that welcomes students from all over the world. CAIS parents are highly supportive of the CAIS ethos and play an active role in their child’s education. CAIS parents understand and support the school’s aim to serve a diverse population.
